Founded in 2015 Hop Nation are one of the shining stars of Australian beer. Created by mates, Sam and Dunc, they've gone on to brew some of the country's favourite beers.
Bakery Hill begun distilling in 1999. Melbourne based, family owned and operated. They were awarded in Jim Murray's 2005 Whisky Bible as "BEST SMALL DISTILLERY WHISKY IN THE WORLD"
