Henry Sugar is teaming up with its friends at Stone & Wood to present a beer-centric vegetarian degustation.
Featuring innovative and unique plant-based dishes paired with a range of limited releases from the Byron based brewers - some new and unreleased, some aged, some rare.
While well known for its ubiquitous Pacific Ale, the Stone & Wood brewers have been pushing the boundaries with tiny pilot brew batches, many of which never make it beyond the walls of its taphouse up north.
Henry Sugar have selected its favourite brews to be shipped down especially for this dinner. Also fresh brewing ingredients will be used in dishes to create delicious pairings which reflect the processes used in brewing and take inspiration from the flavour profiles.
