A four course shared feast using ethically sourced meats from Meatsmith is just what you need on a Saturday afternoon. The centrepiece will be beef short rib, slow cooked in beer then smoked over the coals of our courtyard rotisserie.
Each course will be matched with a different Hop Nation beer, including one brewed especially for the day. Hop Nation founder, Sam Hambour will be on hand to tell you about the beer and host a bit of trivia to keep your brain ticking over while you eat and drink.
This will be a serious feast for beer and food lovers alike.
