You'll not only be treated to a bespoke menu with matching beers to each course, but Colonial's in-house brewer will be presenting the event, guiding you through each of the beers, and why they work so [bloody] well with the food you're devouring.
The night aims to educate and inspire people on how to match beer with food (particularly South East Asian food).
