Hop Nation is an independent brewery in Footscray. It is the brainchild of Sam Hambour and Duncan Gibson, both of whom honed their beer making skills whilst making wine and working vintages all over the world. Navi is a newly opened fine dining restaurant from chef Julian Hills. Navi has brought intimate fine dining to the West, showcasing Australian cuisine and native ingredients.

For this collaboration Hop Nation and Navi will present five courses plus extras, of matched food and beer, to prove that beer has a place at the fine dining table. We will be looking at Hop Nation's range including sour beers and even a collaboration beer between Navi and Hop Nation. Diners will have the chance to chat with both brewer and chef. Limited to 25 seats.
