Up In Smoke is a unique take on American food and barbecue right at the entrance to Melbourne's hottest suburb, Footscray. We will be teaming up with the crew at Mornington Peninsula Brewery for a three course dinner, which will use smoke and Mornington Peninsula beer in all of the dishes. To help us, we will be working with James Balboni, the sales representative for the brewery, and passionate cook that loves cooking with beer!
The dinner will be matched with Mornington Peninsula beers, and will include a special beer on the night.
